The Wright Woodworking story
Hello there! My name is Keegan Wright, and I’m excited to share my passion for crafting beautiful tables and other wooden creations from locally sourced wood.
The stunning nature around me inspires my work, and just as glittering snow caps the majestic peaks of the Cascades, I thoughtfully adorn each piece with gemstones. These quality statement pieces will accentuate your living spaces.
I use wood locally sourced in Clark County, Washington, and ethically sourced minerals from around the country. Using a range of wood varieties and cuts, as well as the natural variation in color and type of stones, creates truly unique pieces. You are going to get a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
During my youth, I grew up in Wenatchee, Washington, where I learned to love the outdoors. We went on hikes, hung out by the river and simply enjoyed being in nature. My woodworking creations are an homage to those times. I like working with my hands and have always enjoyed working with wood. I was also quite the rock hound as a kid, frequently searching for precious rocks and minerals everywhere I went. My pockets were always full of rocks. My wooden creations allow me to take my love of woodworking to the next level by combining it with my childhood fascination with stones.
As a young man, I joined the U.S. Navy, and I am now a veteran. I served my country for four years, with one seven-month deployment to the Persian Gulf under my belt. In the service, I acquired many skills, including effective communication, organization, determination, leadership and innovative problem-solving. These skills have come in handy with my woodworking, as they have helped me catapult my creativity to new heights. In honor of my time in the service and to pay it forward, I offer a discount to all veterans.
I hope you can feel the warmth and love that goes into each wooden creation.
